Refund Policy (PhonePe)
At Skill For Career, we strive to provide a seamless learning experience. This refund policy outlines the terms for refunds on payments made via PhonePe.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made through PhonePe.
- Technical error during the transaction, resulting in payment but no course access.
- Course cancellation initiated by Skill For Career.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following scenarios:
- Change of mind after course purchase.
- Failure to attend live or self-paced sessions with or without prior notice.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@skillforcareer.com within 7 days of the transaction.
- Include your transaction ID, registered email ID, and the reason for the refund.
- Our team will verify the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original PhonePe account.
- It may take 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on PhonePe and your bank.
